I agree to treat all associates with RSS, Inc. equally without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, sexual preference, age, or disability.

Photographic Release: I hereby grant and convey unto RSS all right, title, and interest in any and all photographic images and video or audio recordings made by RSS during the Volunteer’s Activities with RSS, including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.

Refugee Support Services of the Carolinas, Inc. encourages all volunteers and their invitees to exercise common sense, prudence and caution while engaged in any activity to further the mission of RSS, Inc. Volunteers and their invitees must be responsible for their own personal safety and the security of their property. RSS, Inc. can not in any way be considered an insurer or guarantor of safety or security and shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage. I hereby release, and agree to hold harmless, RSS, Inc. and its directors, officers, and agents from any and all claims for any injury, loss, or damages that I or my invitees may suffer.
